Here at 2Surface Solutions we provide a unique & versatile printing service. We specialise in screen printing & the latest digital print technology onto textiles, we produce quality printed products for the apparel industry.
We offer ultimate flexibility in print whether it be for small, limited edition runs or large bulk production. With complete in house control & understanding of the fashion seasons we are able to help achieve any design without compromise, assuring colour matching, consistency, security, discretion & reliability.
We can print onto made up garments such as men’s, women’s & children’s t-shirts, sweatshirts, aprons, jackets & jeans. We also print fabric lengths, specialising in bit-mapped image garments which go into products such as shirts, skirts, swim shorts & jackets. We offer a choice of several fabric printing techniques, which include conventional screen-printing methods, rotary & flatbed printing, discharge screen-printing being our specialist area, as well as the latest inkjet digital technology.
Within screen-printing we use various inks including reactive, discharge, plastisol, fluorescents, glow in the dark & specialist processes such as metallic inks, foil, flock, & glitter, along with many more.

Our digital printing covers a range of processes including reactive & dye sublimation, whatever the process, quality & service is assured.
Our cloth range covers a wide variety of different weights, fibres & constructions, from polyester to fine cotton lawn, heavy slub linen, silk, velvet, wool, nylon & specialist performance fabrics, including antibacterial fabric.
We can offer our customers a wide range of different finishes to improve the handle or appearance of the printed fabric.
We also offer mechanical shrinking, Pyrovatex FR & various other chemical treatments to improve the technical performance. Some of these printing techniques are applied equally to products other than clothing, whether it be interior wall panels or art papers. We find that a number of customers in the fashion sector require the flexibility of creating a collection that includes both screen prints & digital prints, creating an exciting variety to their collections.
To compliment our service we also have an outsourcing department where we can source, supply & manufacture t-shirts, skirts & shirts along with a number of other products. We also provide tagging and packing, so that a full service is not compromised.
