Vivienne Westwood & Chivas Regal - Silk Bottle Cover
Producing print onto natural fabrics including cottons, linens, wools & silks, central to the fashion, interior & accessories markets allows us to create some exquisite, luxury items. Our 20 years experience & extensive print expertise lead us to create a unique four-piece silk bottle covering for Vivienne Westwood & Chivas Regal, two leading British luxury brands.
We produced a limited edition collection of 2500, inspired by the current design of the Union Jack Flag. The use of engineered digital printing allowed each panel to have a digitally printed, 8 colour image, which cannot be created with standard screen-printing. Digital print allowed us to individually number each bottle, from 0001 to 2500.
UK based artisans worked alongside us in manufacture, using a combination of handcrafted & mass production techniques to create this specialist, technically challenging product. Certain elements had to be hand cut to allow accurate assembly & press-stud positioning. Designed & manufactured to the very last detail, even the golden press-studs were embossed with the Vivienne Westwood logo.
Each panel was lined in Vivienne Westwood’s striped silk & gold thread & was used to embroider the Vivienne Westwood logo to the front of the bottle cover. Made entirely in the UK, this product really does fly the British flag.
